Whimsy Apartment With Colonial Touches And African Art

This London apartment belonged to photographer Simon Apton, and as soon as you look at the photos, you immediately understand that the owner is a creative person. The ceilings, walls and floors are completely white, and that looks like a canvas for creating a unique interior. The rooms are a crazy yet stylish mix of traditional, coastal, mid-century and colonial styles with vintage touches. The colors are kept light, and accents are made with original works of art and furniture pieces. I love the African-styled works of art and the colonial bed with a canopy – they look very unusual but in these interiors very natural. What a whimsy apartment!
