Eye-Catching Booleanos Cabinet With An Architectural Facade

<div style="text-align: justify;"> We’ve already told you of <a href="http://www.digsdigs.com/unique-booleanos-chest-of-drawers-with-various-textures/">Booleanos chest of drawers</a> inspired by the algebraic system of logic from the mid-19th century and that strikes with unique design. Its author, Mexican designer Joel Escalona, continued the theme with intriguing Booleanos cabinet. The storage piece’s architectural facade is formed from the illusion of layered squares that are emphasized with various shades of gray panels. Despite the offset angles, the <a href="http://www.shelterness.com/9-diy-cabinet-revamps-that-youll-like/">cabinet</a> is built for storage with three doors, one drawer, and one flap that open up to reveal storage space. Shelves on the interior are made of glass. Adorable Luna Cabinet With Pivoting Doors

<div style="text-align: justify;"> Created for French furniture brand Coedition, the Luna <a href="http://www.shelterness.com/9-diy-cabinet-revamps-that-youll-like/">cabinet</a> by Patricia Urquiola holds items within a drum-shaped volume divided into compartments. The top half of the cylindrical display case remains permanently open, while items in the lower portion can be hidden away behind two panels. These quadrants can rotate 90 degrees around the centre of the circle, partially or fully opening the section of the <a href="http://www.digsdigs.com/eye-catching-booleanos-cabinet-with-an-architectural-facade/">cabinet</a> that is concealed. The storage space balances on two intersecting planes of wood that form a cross-shaped stable base. Luna comes in a varnished walnut veneer or lacquered orange finish.
