This apartment belongs to Finish designer Joanna Laajisto and her photographer husband Mikko Ryhänen, and this is Scandinavian decor
at its finest. This This 1928 remodeled space is beautifully restrained
and bathed in white, and it’s a gorgeous example of a Nordic interior
with a mid-century modern vibe. The color scheme is kept very simple:
black, grey and white with natural wood. Here every detail and piece is
aimed at something: though the interior is white, there are pretty
wooden furniture pieces
and a fluffy carpet to make it look cozier and more inviting. I love
the accents made with art works, photos and mirrors on the walls – so
simple but so great! What a perfect Scandi space!
